Administrative Position
The Louisville Thoroughbred Society is searching for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is the backbone of our front-office operations, ensuring seamless communication, operational support, and an elevated experience for members, guests, and internal teams. This person is expected to be highly organized, personable, fast paced, and adaptable, with a passion for hospitality.
Cocktail Server Position:
Louisville Thoroughbred Society is seeking an energetic, attentive Cocktail Server dedicated to providing our Members with a high-quality, personalized dining and beverage experience. The Cocktail Server’s responsibilities include engaging with Members, taking accurate food and beverage orders, making informed recommendations, delivering items promptly, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional time. This position requires excellent multi-tasking skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.
Bartending Postion:
The Louiville Thoroughbred Society is looking for a skilled, creative Bartender committed to delivering an exceptional beverage experience for our Members. The Bartender’s responsibilities include crafting both classic and innovative cocktails, maintaining a well-organized bar, engaging with guests, and working closely with servers to ensure timely, accurate drink service. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, and thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
Line Cook Position:
The Louisville Thoroughbred Society is looking for a professional cook to join our kitchen team. As a Culinarian in our all from scratch kitchen, you are responsible for preparing high-quality cooked to order meals for lunch and/or dinner service as well as contributing to our unique variety of events. All food handling and preparation will need to meet our standard and attention to detail is a must. There is an opportunity to have a creative voice in this kitchen and we want each teammate to take part. We have seasonal menu changes, daily specials, and an evolving catering menu as opportunities to let some creativity shine.
