Whiskey Tasting with Ironroot Distillery

Join the Bourbon Brotherhood at the Louisville Thoroughbred Society for an upscale tasting of Bourbon and Rye from Ironroot Distillery from Texas.

In 2011, the Likarish brothers traveled the world, interning under the best distillers in the industry until they decided to put down their own distilling roots.
The brothers found inspiration in adapting the French distilling techniques, especially the process of elévage, to tame the intense climate of Texas rather than imitate traditional flavor profiles.
