Breakfast of Champions: Dale Romans

Rise and shine, champions! What a great way to end Derby 2024 than listening to horse trainer, Dale Romans.

Dale Romans is a homegrown success story. The well-respected thoroughbred trainer was raised in Louisville, surrounded by horses. He credits his deep love for and connection with horses with “saving” him in his youth as he struggled with dyslexia; that same love and connection also led to a very successful career and influential role in the racing community.

Join us as we welcome Dale for a special post-Derby Breakfast of Champions. He will share a little bit about his story, the power of human-horse connection, and important industry initiatives to make racing safer for horses and jockeys. And there will be plenty of time to ask your own questions about the world of horse racing and beyond.
