Rise and Shine, Champions!

This month, Quint and Leah Pottinger of Affinity Farms will be joining us to discuss the evolution of grain farming to support the creation of delicious, distinctive bourbons. Quint comes from a family that has been growing grain in Kentucky since 1789, with each generation adapting and improving for the marketplace. This gives Affinity Farms the unique opportunity to blend well over a century of knowledge and proven methods with new technology and an innovative spirit to grow quality grain that will maintain consistency and influence bourbon flavor.

Quint and Leah will discuss their farm’s journey back to their roots to serve a new global demand of unique bourbon and what it takes to get it in the bottle. We will also be giving away two bourbons made with Affinity Farms grain through one random drawing with all attendees entered and another including only those who let us know they are veterans (Happy Veterans Day!).
