Derby Day:

The Rooftop will be transformed into a daytime party soiree, featuring live entertainment between races from DJ Z Nyce. Live pari-mutuel betting, interactive build your own Rabbit Hole Mint Julep Station, Jeptha Creed Espresso Martini+Bloody Mary Cart, and rooftop bar sponsored by Uncle Nearest. Food and alcohol will be available for purchase.

Reserve a private couch pod or outdoor Skrewball cabana for premium seating guarantee.

Derby Evening: 

Close out Derby with LTS! Classically trained and award winning jazz singer, Carly Johnson and Quartet, will be performing at 8:00 pm. Join us for this post-race rooftop party, featured drink specials and more!
